I woke up to this story on my Twitter timeline:
Now apparently this is happening in Canada. But how until it shows up here? I guess because I believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God that makes me a dangerous person. To whom exactly? Because God's Word calls lifestyles sinful in His eyes, that makes me a bad guy for believing it and teaching my children Christianity?
Apparently so, this world hates God. Well to be more correct: The God of the Bible. The other "gods" people don't seem to have a problem with. So Christian beware and make no mistake it will come here and we will be demanded to fall down and worship at the altar of their false god. To "validate" a sinful lifestyle in the eyes of God.
Romans 1:18-32 have never been more truer than in our culture today.
the act or habit of procrastnating, or putting off or delaying, especially something requiring immediate attention
I wanted to start writing at least once a week but that quickly went by the wayside because well, I do tend to procrastinate. Lord willing, in 2018 I will be better at writing because as I told one of my deacons this past week: "I believe that time is short". I do believe that. I think that the Lord's appearing is quite near. I need to be better at sharing the gospel, being a watchman and a better pastor. See I fail at quite a lot. It is a good thing that God has a grace pit that is bottomless because I would not survive a day without taking a swim in it.
So for 2018 I plan to be more active on social media and our churches website. Hopefully it can impact people for the glory of God. We'll see, things are starting to get interesting out there when it comes to Jesus and His name.
Here is to not procrastinating in the New Year!
